Administrative Assistant – Appointments, follow-up after adoptions, copy and prepare adoption packets, microchip updates, vaccination reminders, thank you correspondence

Newsletter Editor (mostly digital via MailChimp…..also some double-sided paper newsletters)

Bio Lister

Social Media Manager/ Influencer/ Pet Blogger

Event Coordinator

Training Coordinator

Grant Writers


Intake Manager

Adoption Coordinator

Gift Planning/ Planned Giving

Website Manager


Adoption events (generally 4-5 hours, 1 day/week)

Transportation (you must have an excellent driving record, an suv/station wagon/van so that crates can be loaded in your vehicle safely)

Hands-on emergency assistance in the Cochiti Lake area (must be able to follow directions and be available at inconvenient times)

Volunteers to work in any of the above departments (leadership list)
